[at-l] A baby and a forest

Dusty,

Apparently you can't acknowledge that your post was a dehumanizing one,
especially to a few moms and dads on this hiking list that have sadly lost a
child. Everyone on this list has a high degree of love for wilderness and
creation, and, everyone on this list - except you - has a high regard for
each other and especially for the parents of this deceased child in a freak
hiking accident. Yet, you apparently value a forest over a hiker's innocent
deceased baby. and you still can't see what's wrong with that. Why is this?

I do hope that, when and if you are injured on the trail, that someone will
stop by and give you the help that you need, even though they may recognize
you as "the 'Dusty' who cared not for a mom and dad whose baby was killed by
a fallen tree on the trail." I've lived long enough in the mountains to
know that what goes around comes around. May you find Grace in your life.
