[at-l] anyone free for the long weekend?

Yes they are called Girl Guides, not Girl Scouts, but even when I say I am a 
Girl Guide Leader from Canada to Girl Scout leaders from here, I still get a 
lot of very odd looks. So sometimes its just easier to say Girl Scouts.

Ah Ha!  I though you said thagt you were Canadian?!  They don't have girl
scouts in Canada, they are I believe called Girl Guides.  So what part of 
Canada
are you from?  I am a graduate of the University of Guelph (well technically 
the
Guelph-Waterloo Centre for Graduate Work in Chemistry).
