Well, if he's good at something...let's say walking..."Walking"....then, 
why wouldn't he do it? And, if he's one of them good mailmens that carry 
those leather bags and wears a pith/pithe helmet, the transition would 
be nearly paneless. Now, if he's one of them lazy, modern-day-type 
mailmens that ride in them white shoeboxes with blue and white 
stripes...He probably NEEDS to hike.

I don't know any bus-men, or what one is...  so, it might be wrong of me 
to comment on their proverbs and holidays.

We don't even really know if he likes Sarah. What I'm wondering is how 
he's going to get off enough time from the Post Office to thru-hike....
