I should have suggested this sooner so y'all could ask for it for
Christmas. ADK has published a book called "No Place I'd Rather Be" by
Stuart Mesinger (a former AT hiker so it's relevant to AT-L). It is a
collection of writings and drawings from the registers in Adirondack
lean-tos (that's "shelters" to you Southerners) and it is a lot of fun
