Lebanon started out in the last century as a largely "christian" country . .
.

Notably, the "terrorists" of a different age, known then as "assassins,"
still have adherents to their now modified ideologies and live in the
mountains of Lebanon. They don't seem interested in the current ideologies
of violence . . .

Violence has fairly dramatically changed the religious demographics of
Lebanon . . .

May Hezballah, as the did the Assassins before them, discover the virtues of
hashish over violence and retire to the mountains . . .
