Now if you want the 30's which are arctic, you want the 30-30 (30 mph wind 
at -30*F).  That's when you can entertain folk by taking a cup of warm water 
outside, pour it out at shoulder level and it never reaches the ground at youe 
feet.  It explodes into fine crystals and blows away.

Hey, it's Florida!  We think wind chills in the 30's are arctic.  For what 
it's worth, it actually SNEAUXED in Central Florida last night.  Little 
spritzes of flakes fell but didn't stick.
