I have known Pittsburgh for almost 10 years - camped with him, hiked
with him, partied with him and his family. I would trust him with my
kids, and even my cats. His knowledge of the Trail is encyclopedic. He
is a great choice for support - you will never miss a maildrop from his end.

I am 99.9 percent sure I can trust him, but I was just wondering what other people though of him. From what I know, he has a good reputation in the AT hiking community. The reason I am sending this email out is because I am pretty sure I would use him and I do not want to send 2,000 dollars to someone I do notreally know just to be ripped off. The last thing I want to happen is to have to get off the trail because someone is looking to make a quick buck.

Sorry to Richard if he finds this offensive too. ANyone can feel free to email me and state that this email was rude, it would be greatly welcomed.
