[at-l] Long Johns (next to the skin)

I never hike without carrying long underwear top and
bottom.  But I'm not up on the latest fabric technology
and brand names, etc.

The top and bottom that I used on this last section
weighed 15 oz total.

Is that a reasonable weight?  And if not, what would
you suggest that's lighter?
