I've had quite terrific success with Asics trailrunners.  Comfortable, proper
arch support including a plastic last, and they dry rapidly when wet.  Think
outside the box and all that.  Not for everyone/ymmv/caveat emptor/this advice
is worth what you paid for it/my parole officer says I'm okay to hand out
advice/yadda
