In Virginia, you have to ask at the ABC store - they won't keep it out 
on display. I explain I want it for camping, not for teenagers...

I believe you can also get straight grain alcohol without the stamp if 
you quietly ask around at the Southern Ruck. Sometimes called White Dog. 
Of course, what happens at the SoRuck stays at the SoRuck...
