some $800,000,000 baseload coal-burner powering our
$1000-$2000 high-tech-plasticoid semi-conducting
(there's that "skin effect" again) computers? I
haven't thought about it enough in a long time to
*really* know right now whether I'm fer/agin the
ridgetop windmills, but I would surely hope we'd
figure out the Hudson River bridge question before we
nuke the windmills. And if the "ATC" (whatever the
name d'jour is) has the answer, it sure ain't sayin'.
