Yeah, it's true.
Southbounders are required to make a reservation ahead
of time -- like 3 months -- pretty wild considering
the travel requirements of most.

The idea is that SOBOs can determine when they start,
but NOBOs can't determine when they finish.

Great theory. Practice is "tough feces."
