The ATC was not informed in advance of the re-lo of the shelters or the  
trail. It was a entirely a Park decision. I've met the new Park director a few  
times, and he's personally provided input for the Park's Companion listing. He's 
 a good guy, we're lucky to have him, in my opinion.
