[at-l] Does anyone make this bag?

It would have down on top, but some more dense
synthetic fill below.  With the right combo, the
bag bottom might even replace the sleeping pad.
At the very least, it would *supplement* a pad.

Down only insulates with loft, so it's almost a dumb
idea to totally wrap the bod with it.  Ideally the
stuff *under* the bod would be more dense -- ie.,
able to maintain useful loft under the full weight
of the body (including pressure points.)

Does such a bag exist?
