[at-l] Very Low Number of Thru-hikers This Year

He's there 10 days, then off 4. He takes Monday-Thursday off every other
week. On days he is there, he sits near the bronze plaque from 7am - 4pm.
I don't remember the dates he said he was there...seems like really late
February was when he started.

If he's there everyday, why is there such a wide gap in his numbers?
25% margin of error seems high. Not that I think he's wrong, or anything.
