Hmmm...Nine years ago yesterday Pittsburgh picked me up so as to take me 
halfway across Pennsylvania for to make my way to Maine...so as I could 
start the best damned thru-hike ever. And, I did....  So, nine years ago 
today I met, for the first time, Kahley. And, nine years ago tonight I 
was at the estate of the father of a friend of mine...Tom Ruane...just 
outside Kent, CT.  and, the journey begins to continue....
