As long as she's getting the antibiotics she should be OK; I had the dreaded Lyme Disease in 2003, and it really does take a lot out of one...as do the antibiotics, but at least they make it go away. 

That doesn't mean she can't get it again, however, so she should be gone over thoroughly after playing outside...
