[at-l] A little birdy told me...

Daughter is #2, and friends are #1 and #3? Maybe it's one of those "birds of
a feather" things.

I lost 75 pounds last year with a diet and exercise program. I've managed to
keep most of it off (back up 15# and working at it again). I made my Doc
happy. I'm off prescription meds for HBP (used to take 2), my sugar and
cholesterol levels are (in the words of the doctor) "perfect". I tell my
wife that the BP & cholesterol are merely reflecting my general state but
she scoffs at that. Rodney isn't the only one who doesn't get any respect.

If'n I drive to my son's some time maybe I'll take you up on the offer of
spaghetti dinner but I'll warn you, Diane makes a mean sauce too so I'm hard
to please. My standard is whether it makes my eyelids sweat. If not, it
isn't spicy enough. :)
