[at-l] Waterproof/Breathable Parkas/Jackets

Since I have lost a lot of weight I am looking for a good parka/jacket.
   
  I had an REI Elements jacket that is 5 or so yrs old. It was nice but they have stopped making that style. It had lost of pockets (inside and outside)  plus pit zips
   
  Any ideas on what is new out there without breaking the bank.
