[at-l] Waterproof/Breathable Parkas/Jackets

I have a rain jacket like the Precip, just looking for something more heavy duty for winter time.

The Marmot Precip jacket seems to be the standard in that style. Reasonable cost, good pockets, pit zips, nice hood. Not too breatheable (not many jackets are), but well made. They list at $100, but are available in many places for $60 or $70.
