Wal-Mart carrys whole powdered milk in pop-top/plastic lidded cans.  Add 
with the pasta, perhaps stirred into it before dumping it into the pot.

Squeeze magarine keeps a couple weeks in mild tempatures.  A week in the 
heat of summer.
