[at-l] PA 443 question....

Does anyone here know if a new PA 443 route has been run through the 
Green Point/Swatara Gap area? My old map...one of those horrible ones 
from the mid-90s...doesn't even show a road where the new map does 
(which is the way it was the other day when I hiked across it...) So, 
how can I find out if a new road has been routed thru there since '98?
