[at-l] Measuring Wheels

DelDoc GPSed the trail - mostly twice. A number of years ago (maybe 20 or
more) Warren Doyle wheeled the whole trail. I walked with him on my section
of 18 miles. At least in NY/NJ the numbers in the databook are all wheel
mileages.

I believe a hiker named, "Del Doc" from New Jersey/Delaware? had almost
completed the trail with a measuring wheel.  Sorry to say that he passed
away within the last two years.  If I remember correctly, John 'O Mahoney
had more information, possibly?  The ATC, www.atc.org or ALDHA www.aldha.org
might be able to share more insight.  Contact Laurie Pottieger at the ATC.
