Ok, I went thru all new emails today and looked back thru the old ones. I have updated our spreadsheet and will be emailing it to Sly shortly for posting in the next day or so. 

We are going to update one more time later this week, and once next week. 

Here are the holes that we have:

Friday Night
Plates, Bowls, Utensils (the Pot Luck is looking very good)

Saturday Morning:
OJ
Grated Cheese
Gallon of Milk
Package of Bowls

Saturday Lunch (I think I may have missed a Soup or two that was volunteered):
Two more loaves of Bread (yes Camo, I know you are bringing some-I think we will need more)
Two more packs of American Cheese (See above Camo)
One more pan of ac & Cheese
Boxes of crackers (but am waiting to hear from a few people)
Shredded Cheese & Chopped Onions
Plates, Utensils, Bowls-Mainframe has a conflict and had to back out

Saturday Night:
Rolls (but still waiting to hear from a few ppl)
Salad Dressing & Toppings
Veggie dishes

Things to keep in mind:
1. Clyde is sending the coffee thru Hammock Hanger. I have no idea how to make coffee so will need help. We have the brewers.
2. Help will be needed occasionally in the kitchen. And all help is appreciated. 
3. There is a kitchen in Cabin C (and at least one other cabin) for some cooking on Saturday during the day. Cabin C is only a short walk from the Dining Hall. 
4. We can always use Trash Bags and Aluminum Foil.

****With the exception of coffee and the breakfast beverages...you are on your own for all beverages.
