[at-l] Room for improvement

Ah yes, the ARM! Same sentiments here, everyone talks about the notch and
leaves the arm as a surprise. After all the work my poor body did to get
through the Whites the Arm was nearly a coup de grace. I ended up making an
unplanned stop in Andover to recover.
