[at-l] Needed help with the SORUCK

Said I'd cook em.

Just need to get a fix on how many folk. "A" meat loaf is confusing to me.

The last meat loaf I cooked at home (for just the two of us) was only about a
pound of meat and we had leftovers.

The last meat loaves (six at a time) I cooked in the commercial ovens where I
volunteer cook once a week were about 15 pounds of meat each and fed about 40
folk per pan.

I assume you need something in-between. I normally plan about six ounces
(uncooked) meat per person. So, if you give me an estimate how many folk you
want me to fix them for....

Chainsaw

BTW -- I'll still bring the plates, flatware, and ice.
