[at-l] last PA Ruck update

Cold?, no way.  One year the only folks in the campground were Amy from MD, Bag 'O Tricks and Gary, and we survived.  It even had about 2 feet of snow on the ground and was about 8* F two nights in a row.  Not cold.  Fire GOOD!
