The 'great void'?    you're less than 5 miles from groceries no less than 
12 times in the  180-ish miles. and, 6 of those times are less than a 
mile from the  trail...if not on the trail. And, that doesn't count 2 or 
3 times that you  are  a mile or so from meals. That's my kind of void....
