[at-l] boot repair

My Vasque Sundowners are a couple of years old and have maybe 150 trail
miles on them.  They just got comfortable to wear again after I lost weight
and I have been wearing them daily around the house and town.  The vibram
sole on the left boot has begun to separate at the heel on the inside.  It's
separated about two inches along and maybe half an inch into the middle of
the boot.  I got them at REI so I know I could get them replaced, but if
someone has info on a good repair I would be happier doing that.  They are
broken in and I just hate taking something back that can be fixed.the costs
just get passed on to other consumers.

 

So.any repair info?
