[at-l] Damascus drug dealer caught, locks himself up?

Did anyone else see the story on the news about the 
police chief in Damascus, VA getting arrested?
 
It said he was dealing drugs, and got caught in a sting, 
when someone came in to headquarters and picked 
up some drugs.  Meth I believe.
 
Hmmmmm..... Lots of cops at trail days....
Was he trying to increase his supply with confiscated drugs,
or sell a bunch?   Hmmm...  
 
Maybe his customers have been doing all the car stealing 
around Damascus to support their habits. I'm just saying....
