[at-l] Damascus drug dealer caught, locks himself up?

The Damascus police chief has not been convicted yet.  He has posted 
bail and will be going to court later in July.  He is very popular, and 
well liked, in the area and many people are saying that he was "set up". 
  Please let's not condemn this man unless he is found guilty.
