[at-l] Sleeping bags II

Gang,

I'm thinking of getting a new sleeping bag. I got mine in the late 
90's and used on my through-hike as well as numerous other times. It 
looks like new but I know its not as efficient as it once was. Its an 
REI Nod Pod +20.

What I think I want should meet these criteria:
20degree  temperature rating
down for weight
pack very small--I want to put in paniers on bikes as well as in the backpack
not require a take a 3rd or 4th mortgage or sell one of my grown kids!

Whatcha think and recommend I look at?
