[at-l] questions about Maine coast

I recall that there are some people from Maine on this list. We are
planning a summer trip to New England and eastern Canada, and I wonder
if anyone could answer some questions off list? The first question
involves driving times along the Maine coast -- is it reasonable to
set up a base camp in Acadia NP and do day trips along the coast?
