And if so when it might be out? >>

it's definately in the works. Both the ATC and the NPS have been 
communicating with them on several different issues, and a version of the 
script has been read by a few in those two organizations. And they are all 
very hush-hush about it, and basically treating it like it would be a 
national tragedy if plot details were leaked out into the world. Some things 
(like the entertainment industry) are taken a little too seriously......
