[at-l] Black fly report in VT?

Good morning,
 
 Anyone in New England know about the black fly situation in VT at present?
 
 If I can't get a ride to/from Trail Days (I'm in Portland, ME), I'm thinking about doing Vermont next week. I already have the week off from work and don't want to waste it.
 
 Same question about CT and MA. Are flies there this time of year the same problem they are in VT, NH and ME?
