[at-l] Crackdown on mooning the train

Guess those officers had nothing better to do considering the state of this country. It's a shame. I think the hikers should contest the charges and see what happens. If they are thru-hikers and they are fined, then let's help them out. Anybody know who they are from a police report of the incident?
