The PT guy said that it didn't look too bad. He said to keep stretching. He applied some cream to the tendon area, and then 15 minutes of electric stimulation. Three days of this for three weeks, then back to the orthopedist.
It does feel better!

The doctor (orthopedist) said the MRI showed no tendon tear or rupture, so that's good news. He's prescribed physical therapy, so have an appt with a PT tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. Also, some gentle walking on level ground, and some toe lifts.
