Going back to my favorite source of esoteric info...

I have a nice tourist brochure for the Centennial Trail. It includes a map
that is about 16" long. I would like to scan the map and somehow include it
in a DVD. I have a scanner that will handle 8 1/2" X 11, so I would have to
scan it in two sections, but I don't have any idea of how to cut and paste
it into one piece, or even if it can be done....

Help?
