Do you mean to store, or to carry on the trail? Not sure I'd want 25 pounds
of beans in a giant bag in my pack.

At home, I would use a vacuum sealer for long term storage. Divide the 25
pounds into usable amounts, put it in a vacuum bag, and it'll last mostly
forever. This increases the cost, of course, but we use this system for all
sorts of things, and it works well.
