[Mara Factor]

Hi all,

I'm in southern Thailand now, not doing much hiking, but stil thinking of
the trail.  I'm traveling for a month with Bligh (GA to PA, '07) and we just
spent part of the day with Fiddlehead who showed us around the southern part
of the island.  We're likely to see him again a couple/few times over the
next few days.
Just seemed like fun to mention a small gathering of hikers here, halfway
around the world (or at least twelve hours time difference) from the A.T.
