[at-l] A cold day in Lake Wobegon

The forecast for NNY was -7° but after an initial dip to -1° in the evening
the temperature strated going up and was at +4° by the time I went to bed.
This morning it was 22° here at 7AM, 48° warmer than yesterday morning. It's
headed your way Art. Maybe it will melt some of the snow banks that are
making it hard to shovel.
