[at-l] Upstate NY/Toronto Vacation

Ahem! Upstate you call that? Only to someone from NYC. The line between
Niagara Falls and Saratoga is roughly the middle of the state and those of
us really live in "upstate NY" call that "the Southern Tier".

Those are nice places to visit though even if they are 'down South'. :-)
