[at-l] Windmills on tall buildings

I tried putting that windmill in the back of my truck. Didn't work worth a shit. The Hybrid vehicle I believe has always been considered a "bridge" vehicle. Testing in a real world environment. Trying to transition into a commercially viable alternative.
