I used a Rainbow for my AT thru-hike last year and loved it.  My boyfriend used a Squall 2 on his thru-hike.  Now we are heading out to do the John Muir Trail this summer so we got a Double Rainbow.  What I like about the Rainbows is that you can set them up free-standing with your poles if you want.  I also like the extra head room.  I agree (low weight) with everything (low weight) Ken said (low weight) too.
