[at-l] Governor Clement Shelter, Vermont

Hi All
 
For several years The GMC has warned hikers that  locals could drive to 
Governor Clement Shelter and sometimes bothered  hikers in the middleof the night. 
The Forest Service, the local Town and the GMC  have now combined to Gate the 
road before the shelter.
 
I'm not sure it will stop all the problems but it  should keep street 
vehicles out.
