### The town of Kent has a small blue sign on Route 7 heading north, just as you're entering town. It says "Felix IS/IS NOT in town". Every day, the constable has to come out and touch the sign, indicating that the status has been updated. Over July 4th, he/she has to wear a tricorner hat and carry a musket, and he/she really hates that.
