[at-l] Used Maps

I say buy the old maps and then start asking folx what has changed. Sometimes maps show potential/future re-los, too.  Besides, I don't think the Trail changes dramatically enough to make old maps useless. That said, I am planning on updating my 1985 maps with some....say, 2002 maps....
