[at-l] Where to Hike?

Anklebear, not sure you got an answer on this yet...
Northern NJ, basically all of NJ, is the easiest section of trail, at least
by thru-hiking standards. Of course I remember the Shenandoahs being flat,
and when I went back and did a dayhike I wondered where the climbing came
from, so take memory with a grain of salt.
BTW, the trail changes character when you hit the NY border, instead of long
ridge runs you start getting bounced up and down and back and forth, and
it's a lot more work...
