[at-l] Trail Magic at Hot Springs

With a rugged vehicle and good tires, you can get up a local road to just
below the bald.
 There is a small parking lot and trailhead there. You'd be out of the worst
of the wind, setting up an aid station.

I can't recall if the AT goes past this or is just nearby. Anyone?

Of course, you have to go up atop the bald too!
