Hey all,

I am here, back in the land of the living. I had a large growth removed from
my thyroid on Thursday, and the labs say that it's benign. So, the world has
resumed turning.

I wanted to say, if anyone wants to reach me,  use this
Liteshoe at gmail.comaddress.  Though I still have the
janl2 at mindspring.com address, I am phasing it out.
The capacity is only 10MB, vs. 100MB on gmail. So might as well eliminate it
from your address books, even if I send a note from there once and awhile.
